How long does it take to build a custom home in Yavapai County?
Typical custom builds run 12 to 18 months from contract to move-in, depending on size, complexity, and permitting. We share a written schedule with the contract so you can plan around it.
Do we need our own architect or do you provide design?
We work either way. We have architect partners we routinely collaborate with, or we can adapt and build a plan you bring to us. Either path, we coordinate engineering and permitting end-to-end.
What if we already have plans drawn up?
Great. We will review them, walk the lot with you, and discuss any adjustments needed for soil, setbacks, or HOA. We can build to plans you provide as long as they meet code and lot requirements.
How does the lot evaluation work?
